Vegan Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • ½ cup cashews, soaked and blended
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cashew cream, nutritional yeast, and garlic.
  2. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
