  • 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (or coconut sugar for a healthier option)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted (or any neutral oil)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add wet ingredients: Stir in the sugar, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined (do not overmix).
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
