Ingredients:
- 12 mini bell peppers, halved and deseeded
- 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange bell pepper halves on a baking sheet.
- Fill each pepper half with hummus.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with smoked paprika, and garnish with parsley.
