Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired and serve warm as a delicious appetizer.
