Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • Shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Serve topped with mango and shredded coconut.
