Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the Wet Ingredients
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the Dry Ingredients
    • Add almond flour, salt, and baking soda to the bowl. Mix until fully combined. The batter will be thick.
