Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 1 egg
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Pizza toppings of choice
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Steam riced cauliflower for 5-7 minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Add toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
