Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss together cabbage and carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup.
- Pour dressing over slaw and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve chilled.
