Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
 - 1 cup coconut milk
 - 1 cup tomato sauce
 - 1 tbsp garam masala
 - 1 tsp turmeric
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
Instructions:
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
 - Add cauliflower and spices, cooking for 5 minutes.
 - Stir in tomato sauce and coconut milk, simmering for 15 minutes.
