Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- Shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions:
- Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve topped with mango and shredded coconut.
