Ingredients: 1/2 cup riced cauliflower, 1/4 cup diced mushrooms, 1/4 cup bell peppers, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add cauliflower, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender, seasoning with salt and pepper.
