The salmon provides protein, omega 3s, high amounts of vitamin B12, and vitamin D (wild salmon has even more vitamin D). Asparagus also has fiber and many other vitamins and minerals, but lacks B12 and vitamin D, so they make the perfect pair of both nutrients and flavor!
Asparagus: Asparagus and salmon go together so well. Plus, asparagus is a great source of fiber, and can help aid in digestion! Olive Oil: I love using olive oil because it’s heart-healthy, full of delicious healthy fats, and adds the best flavor!
