Keto Zucchini Noodles with Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • ¼ cup basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Stir in pesto and parmesan, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.
