Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- ¼ cup basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in pesto and parmesan, then season with salt and pepper.
