Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Sauté tofu in sesame oil until crispy, then remove from the pan.
- Stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger for 5-7 minutes.
- Add spiralized zucchini, tofu, and soy sauce. Toss to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
