Avocado & Cucumber Sushi Rolls

  • Nori sheets
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Soy sauce for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on a nori sheet.
  2. Add avocado slices and cucumber strips in the center.
  3. Roll tightly and slice into pieces. Serve with soy sauce.
