Cabbage & Carrot Slaw with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, toss together cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup.
  3. Pour dressing over slaw and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve chilled.
